Registration for the Conference:
The standard registration fee for the conference will be 420€.
The conference fee includes the conference proceedings (book and CD), all lunches, refreshments and the conference social events between the 17th and the 20th of September (welcome reception, cocktail and banquet).
Special registration conditions:
Accompanying persons. 100€.
- Includes conference social events (welcome reception, cocktail, and banquet).
Graduate students (Post-graduate students are not included: Ma, MSc, MPhil and PhD). 100€.
- Includes the conference proceedings (CD only), all lunches, refreshments, welcome reception, and cocktail.
Other Participants (single day). 150€
- Includes the conference proceedings (CD only), all activities for the day selected (Mon, Tue or Wed), including lunches and refreshments.
The Social Program (see the contents) is divided per days, 16th, 17th, 21st, and 22nd, at a standard price of 70€ per person and per day.
The Accommodation in the conference hotel, Hotel do Mar(* * * *), is 95€ for a single room and 145€ for a double room (conf. price).
The payments can be made by check, bank transfer or credit card (AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DINER ARE NOT ACCEPTED).
